What type of website do you want?

a.)	One that will deliver basic information about my business and gives directions to my store location.

Can I afford having a website designed?
That decision is entirely up to you, S.M.A.C. offers fair and affordable pricing for web design. You will not find a set price here, the cost of a website is determined by the content you wish your website to have. For example, if your website wants to offer just information about your business it will be less expensive than one offering e-commerce/online shopping. Once we have discussed what you would like your website to contain, we will give you an estimate of the cost.

We won't try to mislead you here, there are cheaper company's out there. You may find a web design site that offers you a website for $150, well that is exactly what you will get. They are called template sites and contain very little information or images about your business. These sites are very basic and limit the content you can put in them. Your website should never be limited, a website expresses and reflect your business.

We care about how your business is reflected because it reflects on us as a web design firm. As the saying goes, "If you don't look good, we don't look good."

How many pages will your website need?
You may want to give some thought as to how you would like your website structured. Will you need an About Us, Product Info Page, Contact Us, Web Links, etc. If you are offering a type of online catalog, don't forget to include pages that will lead to a product description page for each item.

Will I need to write the text for my website?
Some clients find this to be the difficult part of creating a website, never knowing if they are saying too much or too little. You will want to keep the text simple, direct but informative. People who visit your website will not hang around for long if they have to read a lot of text or visit numerous pages before figuring out what your business is all about.

What if I really don't want to be very involved in the creation of my website?
No problem, we realize you are busy and may not have a lot of time to devote to the creation of your website. We will make the process as easy as possible for you. It usually only takes a few conversations with you to grasp what you would like for the website to do for your business.
